Blend a pre-cooked chicken breast, avocado,

chives, garlic, cilantro,

lime, mayonnnaise, salt and pepper.

Blend until smooth.

Add diced red bell pepper and mix with a spoon.

Cut the empanada pre-made dough with cutter.

Fill the empanadas and press to close-up.

Brush an egg wash on both sides of the empanadas.
