Mix the Chickpea Flour and Rice Flour in a Bowl.
Cut the Cooked Ham into Small Pieces.
Add an Egg to the Bowl.
Add the Sweet Corn.
Cut Chives and Add to the Bowl.
Add Salt and Mix.
Add Olive Oil.
Add Broth or Water, and Mix.
Add Crumbled Feta Cheese to the Mix.
Form the Patties with the Hands.
Fry them on Each Side in a Pan until Golden and Crisp.
Serve with Sour Cream.
