Corn & Feta Summer Salad
Cook the Quinoa following the instructions.
Cut the grains off the pre-cooked corn cobs.
Cut the Avocado into cubes.
Cut a red bell pepper into cubes.
Cut Fresh Cilantro.
Add the cooked quinoa
and the Feta cheese.
Finish it up with Chipotle Powder. *
A lovely olive oil
and squeeze a whole lime.
Mix it up and enjoy!
