Smooth Strawberry and Coconut Drink
Our vibrant Strawberry and Coconut Drink is an effortless, smooth, and refreshing way to cool down. This creamy blend of sweet strawberries and tropical coconut is a delicious hit with the whole family!

This Strawberry and Coconut Drink is a delightfully smooth treat perfect for Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day! It’s quick to make and oh-so refreshing, with a base of just three simple ingredients—strawberries, coconut milk, and ice cubes. To add a festive touch, I’ve topped it with whipped cream and sprinkles for extra sweetness and fluff. Inspired by Brazilian lemonade’s technique using condensed milk, this version offers a lighter, fruitier twist, resulting in a cloud-like drink.

The Sweet Factor
This kid-friendly drink skips the sugar, but if your little ones have a sweet tooth, add a tablespoon of maple syrup, honey, or sugar for an extra touch. To keep it low-sugar, check your coconut milk for added sugars—coconut cream often has some, which can work too! Ripe strawberries will add natural sweetness, but if they’re a bit tart, maple syrup can help balance it for that perfect Valentine’s Day treat.
The Perception is Key

Presentation takes the spotlight with this Valentine’s Day smoothie—it’s all about the charm! Made to delight with fluffy whipped cream and festive sprinkles, it’s the ultimate quick treat packed with strawberries for a special day. Bonus: it’s ready in under 5 minutes with fewer than five ingredients, guaranteeing smiles. If you want to keep things light, opt for unsweetened whipped cream—whip up some heavy cream. While it may not be as thick, it still delivers taste and kid-approved fun!
