Fizzy Lychee Mocktail With Strawberries
Sip into summer with this sparkling Lychee Mocktail with Strawberries! Bursting with floral flavor and fizzy fun, it’s the perfect poolside refresher that looks as good as it tastes.

This floral and refreshing non-alcoholic drink will impress your guests with its celebratory sparkle—it’s guaranteed! This fizzy Lychee Mocktail uses the syrup directly from the can of lychees, sparkling water, and a few strawberries to transport you into exotic Asia. It is ideal for pool or birthday parties, summer BBQs, or baby showers.
A Kid-Friendly Drink
Kids love the flavor of lychee, although the fruit itself can be tricky to try the first time around. This is why the strawberry does magic here. It complements the floral fruit perfectly and will help the kids accept this ‘new’ exotic fruit. Believe me when I say: once they try it, they will go for more. However, be careful not to give too much to kids, as it can irritate them in large quantities on an empty stomach.
Lychee Syrup

For this mocktail, we’ll use a simple can of lychee and its syrup. A standard can of lychee (usually 20 oz or 565 g) typically contains about 1 cup (240 ml) of syrup or liquid. They also sell a lychee nectar; you can use either the syrup or nectar. However, you’ll need slightly more nectar as it’s diluted.
Iced Lychee
If you want to make good use of the canned exotic fruits, freeze them for 30 minutes to an hour to make them into ice cubes with flavor! They will help make the drink icy and give it taste! After sipping your bubbly mocktail, you’ll have them ready to bite into!

Service
I love adding a few pieces of strawberries in this Lychee Mocktail, but it’s optional; it could also be mango, pineapple, raspberry, etc. A slightly acidic fruit goes fantastically with the sweeter lychee notes. Don’t forget to serve ultra cold, with many ice cubes or iced lychees in a pitcher or directly in a glass.
